The average lifespan of an asphalt shingle roof is 15 to 20 years. Animals and extreme weather, like Iowa winters, can take a toll on its durability. TMJ Construction Services and our team of roofing contractors are ready to help you with your roofing needs.
Protect Your Home
Your home is your largest investment, and it’s important that you protect it at all costs. Old and damaged roof shingles can’t protect your home from the elements. It’s an opportunity for water damage to occur, which can cost thousands of dollars to repair. If your roof is old or damaged, our roofing contractors can take care of the problem. We can repair anything from damaged shingles and siding to warped roofs.
At TMJ Construction Services, we only use the best roofing materials and products on the market. Our inventory includes materials from top companies such as Malarkey Roofing Products, EcoStar, and DECRA Roofing Systems.
We’re dedicated to making sure we put our best foot forward. TMJ Construction is proud to offer our team continuing education opportunities, and they have received the following certifications:
